Let me tell you right now, it wasn't a bed of roses, a piece of cake, or a dessert of dulce de leche and cheese. It was incredibly difficult! But we did it. And I'll tell you how it went.

In March 2015, another online store was born in the city of Maringá-PR. This store was born with a great challenge: to be the largest store of tools and electrical and manual equipment in Brazil. We accepted.

AAC Process: Analysis, Attraction, and Conversion.

Analysis

As soon as we started the work, which begins with the analysis, we identified all the areas for improvement that this online store's platform needed to achieve this goal. Not that the platform was bad. Far from it. It's very complete and prepared for large online stores, however, we identified points that were necessary for that particular client.

Of course, in the digital world, evolution is daily and constant; however, at that moment, some points were crucial for the store to reach greater heights.

One of the things we noticed was that if a customer performed a search and the product didn't exist or they had typed the name incorrectly, they would be redirected to a page of... “"Product not found"”. And what happened next? The customer left. We lost a visitor.

What was the solution?

Attraction

After analyzing and improving the platform, we began the process of attracting customers to the store. We used: Google Ads, Facebook ads and ads on Buscapé from the start.

When we talk about advertising on a platform, it's not just Google search ads, for example. The Google AdWords tool has many features, and we basically use all of them, both in Google Ads and in Facebook Ads.

Conversion

This is the crucial point between the success or failure of your online store. You can have the most beautiful store on the planet, have invested thousands of dollars in your advertising campaigns, but if your website isn't... enough seller, You won't have any revenue.

The site should have a mode of Search > Choose > Click on Buy > Payment Method > Approval > Purchase Confirmation so that it only takes 2 to 3 clicks In conclusion. That's right. All this with just 2 to 3 clicks.

If your online store isn't this simple, review it, redo it, test it, and start all over again.

Website Optimization

Registering a product on the website

Title

The product name should be as complete as possible, and as a tip, do a Google search for the product you will be listing in your online store. Sometimes the actual product name isn't what people search for online.

Product Images

Make sure that ALL IMAGES to be registered for the product in question have the IDENTICAL name to the name of the product being registered and also contain the name of your company/online store.

Ex.:

Use high-resolution images, but keep their file size very small. Ideally, save them as .PNG files.

Description

The more complete the better. Be sure to repeat the product name at least 3 times in your description.

Comments/Reviews

If your online store doesn't have reviews or ratings on the product page, add them. Urgent.
